Because all products are made to order, all sales are final therefore there are no refunds. Please be sure before purchasing. Please order samples so that you are aware of how the products will work for you.
At this time we are only shipping to Canada internationally. Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping cost and customs, that includes duty fees and taxes per your country government.
We offer up to 4 weeks to process bulk and sample orders (not including weekends and holidays). If labels are needed with bulk orders, you are looking at up to 5 weeks (not including weekends and holidays). This time frame does not include shipping. During higher order times order processing can and will take longer. Shipping out can be 4 weeks or more from date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
